We are Europe’s oldest clarinet choir, having been formed in 1970.
Our players cover the full range of clarinets from Eb to Contrabass. Occasionally, we even use the ridiculously small – and very rare – Ab clarinet, and the cute Basset Hound. [Check this - doesn't seem right. Ed.]
Recent events have included a day’s workshop in Kent exploring the music of Liz Sharma, a recording day at the University of Surrey, and concerts in London and Hertfordshire.
We are running a Sax Playday (no clarinets!) from 2pm to 6pm in Southgate, London. Get in touch if you would like to join us. Cost: £10
We are playing in a joint workshop with Phoenix Concert Band and London Single Reeds, in memory of a friend who was a member of all three groups.
Come and see us at Brent Cross Shopping Centre between 2pm and 4pm, where we will be playing to support Dementia Club UK.
If you would like to try us out, please Get in touch , and come along to our rehearsals at:
Christ Church Hall,

There's a more detailed map on the Get in touch page, or you can zoom in on this one.
We meet on two Tuesdays each month from 8-10pm. See What we're up to for dates of rehearsals and other events.
We look for players who are Grade 6 upwards. Membership fees are £21 per term.
